    Alisha is a live Automated Intelligence (AI) sales and service agent operating on behalf of Inventive Marketing AI LLC. Alisha handles inbound inquiries, conducts outbound consultations, presents service offerings, and coordinates appointments — entirely through AI-generated voice technology. All calls are conducted in full compliance with FCC regulations, TCPA requirements, and applicable federal and state telecommunications law.

    Inventive Marketing AI LLC uses the term "Automated Intelligence" to describe our AI-powered systems — reflecting the purposeful, systematic nature of how our technology operates on behalf of our clients.

    FCC Compliance — Automated Intelligence Voice Calls

    In accordance with the Federal Communications Commission's February 2024 ruling (FCC 24-17) classifying AI-generated voices as artificial voices under the TCPA, Inventive Marketing AI LLC adheres to the following requirements for all Automated Intelligence voice calls placed or handled by Alisha:

    • Alisha discloses her Automated Intelligence nature at the beginning of every call.
    • Outbound Automated Intelligence voice calls are placed only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent, or who have submitted an inquiry through an IMAI contact form, chat widget, or direct opt-in channel.
    • Cold outbound Automated Intelligence voice calls to individuals without documented prior consent are prohibited.
    • All consent records are maintained in IMAI's CRM with timestamp and source documentation.
    • Consumers may opt out of future Automated Intelligence voice contact at any time by stating "Do Not Call" during any call, or by contacting IMAI directly.

    TCPA Outbound Call Compliance

    Inventive Marketing AI LLC complies fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for all outbound calls placed by Alisha. Our Automated Intelligence system is configured to enforce the following requirements automatically on every call:

    • Outbound calls are placed only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone.
    • IMAI maintains an active internal Do Not Call suppression list. Removal requests are honored within 24 hours.
    • Alisha identifies Inventive Marketing AI LLC within the first 60 seconds of every call.
    • A callback number is provided upon request during any call.
    • Prior express written consent is documented in IMAI's CRM before any outbound Automated Intelligence voice call to a mobile phone.

    Call Recording & Data Policy

    All calls with Alisha may be recorded for quality assurance, compliance verification, and service improvement purposes. Recording disclosure is provided verbally at the start of every call:

    "This call is with an automated AI assistant and may be recorded."

    By continuing a call with Alisha after this disclosure, the caller consents to recording of the conversation. Recordings are stored securely on IMAI's systems and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law. Callers may request information about their recorded interactions by contacting IMAI at compliance@InventiveMarketingAI.com.

    Inventive Marketing AI LLC respects your right to opt out of all Automated Intelligence voice contact immediately and permanently.
